How it goes
You see it working on your own data before it's yours to run.
Talk
Free. We find out what's worth building, on your numbers, and tell you if it isn't.
Plan
One page: what's in, what's out, what “done” looks like, what you give us, what you get, and by when. You sign that, nothing else.
Build
1 to 4 weeks, inside your own Claude workspace. You see it working on your own data before it's finished.
Hand over
A written how-to, a map of who has access to what, a named owner on your side, and 30 days of fixes. After that it's month to month if you want us to keep it running; if you stop, nothing turns off.
Examples
What custom work looks like. Yours will look like your business.
For a sales team
No deal goes quiet without you hearing about it.
Every morning it reads the CRM and says which deals have gone quiet and who owns them. We run this one on our own pipeline.
For a finance lead
The month's numbers on the first, without the scramble.
On the first of the month it pulls the numbers from the accounts and the sales sheet and writes the one-pager they'd otherwise write themselves.
For a founder who sells
A proposal draft the same day, from your own records.
It takes the client, the scope and the template and returns a proposal draft to edit.
Every one has a human check where it matters. Nothing sends itself.

Straight answers
What you own. Everything we build for you: the automations, the instructions behind them, the documents. You keep it all when we're done. We keep our general methods.
What we see. Your interview transcripts and company documents stay inside your own Claude workspace. We work in it while we're engaged and keep nothing after handover.
If it doesn't work. Every build has a written acceptance test in its SOW. A build that fails it is fixed at our cost, or the delivery half of the fee is refunded. Every build price includes 30 days of defect fixes after delivery.
What Claude costs you. The AI runs on your own Claude subscription, paid to Anthropic, roughly $30 a person a month for the people who use it. We help you set it up. No other software.
How you stop. Fixed-price steps end when they end. Ongoing care is month to month with 30 days' notice. If you stop, nothing turns off; you keep the written how-to and we stop updating.
If we're not around. From the day an automation goes live, a handover pack (how-to, access map, who maintains what) sits in your workspace, so your own team or another provider can run it without us, mid-project or years later.
