What you get
What changes when someone owns AI in your company.
You stop guessing what to do first.
In the first month we sit with every process owner and write down the work AI could take on. Your team ranks it, names the top three, and who owns each.
Your data stays where it belongs.
Who is allowed to use which data for what, written down before anyone gets clever.
Things get built, and they keep working.
Small ones we build. Big ones we brief to whoever builds them, and we check the work before it goes live.
You get a plan with names on it.
A written plan for the first 60 days: what gets done, in what order, and who owns each piece. After that, the monthly review sets the next stretch.
Your people use it, top down.
We start with the leadership team, then one department at a time, until the work is done the new way.
Leadership sees where it stands, every month.
A monthly review with your leadership team: where each initiative is, what's blocked, and what comes next.
Two ways it runs
Advisory retainer
The six jobs above, month to month. We set the direction and check the work.
Advisory + Build retainer
The same, plus we build from the list your team ranked in month one, and keep what we build running.
What it looked like
Three companies, one prioritization matrix.
A fintech group of 3 companies made AI-first a company initiative and brought us in to lead it. In the first month we sat with 12 team leads across the group, then gathered them to build their prioritization matrix: 53 use cases, scored and ranked by the team. The team chose what went first, and who owns it. The 53 came from 10 departments across the group, engineering, finance and business development included.

Straight answers
What you own. Everything we build for you: the automations, the instructions behind them, the documents. You keep it all when we're done. We keep our general methods.
What we see. Your interview transcripts and company documents stay inside your own Claude workspace. We work in it while we're engaged and keep nothing after handover.
If it isn't working. You'll see it in the monthly review, and you decide whether to carry on.
What Claude costs you. The AI runs on your own Claude subscription, paid to Anthropic, roughly $30 a person a month for the people who use it. We help you set it up. No other software.
How you stop. 30 days' notice. Everything built during the engagement stays with you.
If we're not around. Every priority list, rule and build is written down inside your own workspace from month one, so the next person picks it up where we left off.
