What it is
A short survey for each team lead. One report for you.
Each team lead answers questions about their own team: the work that eats their time, the software they use, and how ready the team is for AI.
Team leads are the people who manage your teams' work and initiatives, usually one per team. Not everyone in the company needs to answer. There are no meetings. The report is yours. Use it with your own people or hand it to another firm.
Who fills it in
Your team leads do the work.

You name the people. One person at your company signs and lists the team leads. One person gives pay ranges for each role.

Once the answers are in, you get one report. While you wait, your own status page shows who has answered.
What the report contains
One written report.
- Every AI idea scored by an AI model, with the reason behind each score and a suggested order to start in.
- A summary: the staff hours freed, and the overtime, rework and outside spend that could be cut, as estimates from your own numbers.
- Where the money goes: the recurring tasks, with the hours they take, who does them, the tools used and what they cost.
- Software to review: a list built from the seats, pricing and renewal dates your team leads enter.
- How ready each team is for AI, by team and area, from 16 statements.
After the report
What else we do.
You don't need us for the next step. These are separate offers, and the report works without any of them:
- The AI Adoption Coach: a monthly subscription. It starts from the projects in your report and their AI-suggested order, and helps your team build your team's own list, with an owner for each project. It then keeps those projects moving. Each person who owns a key number gets a brief, and your Sponsor gets a monthly review. Your team does the work and makes every decision.
- A build of any idea in your report.

Straight answers
What you get. One written report, in a form you can hand to a developer or another firm.
What you have to do. You name the people. Each team lead fills in one short survey about their own team, on their own link.
Who runs it. The report is built straight from your team leads' answers. Where their numbers don't line up, the report says so, because those gaps are worth knowing too. See what an AI lead does →
Where the order comes from. An AI model suggests the order in your Mapping report, and no person reviews the scores behind it. If you want a different order, your team can change it on its own, or the Coach can help: the Coach starts from your report's projects and helps your team agree its own list, with an owner for each project.
If the numbers are small. The report shows what your team's own numbers add up to, even when that is not much.
What you own. The report and the answers behind it. We keep our general methods.
What we see. Pay is given as a low and a high for each role, so nobody's actual salary goes in. Your leadership sees the results by department.
