We start here

Your people are already using AI. Nobody is steering it.

Every department has picked its own tool and nobody has agreed what comes first. We interview every process owner, score what they tell us, and in 2 to 3 weeks your team has a ranked list with a name against every item.

Before you buy anything

The first conversation is free.

You talk to David about what the business does, where the work piles up, and which of your people have already started using AI on their own, and which tools they picked. If it takes another conversation to get the picture, you have another one.

Then you get a proposal and you decide whether Mapping is worth doing, and the interviews and the scoring start once you've signed.

The price for the engagement is further down this page.

Why this comes first

The order comes first.

Every engagement we run starts by ranking what AI should do first, which inside a retainer is the month one work and bought on its own is this.

When five departments are each running their own experiment, the ranking is the thing none of them can produce alone. Somebody outside the org chart has to ask all of them the same questions and put the answers side by side.

The list is yours. Build from it with your own people or hand it to another firm. You don't need us for the next step.

How it works

2 to 3 weeks, and your team owns the order.

  1. 01

We interview every process owner about the work that's actually painful, and what they've already tried on their own.

  2. 02

Every use case gets scored on value, feasibility, risk, effort, and whether someone owns it. Ownership moves an item up the ranking.

  3. 03

Your team sets the final order in one room, names an owner per item, and writes down which data is off-limits for which work.

The rubric goes on the wall before anyone scores, so you can argue with the weights.

What you get

A prioritization matrix, with names on it.

Every use case your team named, scored and ranked in one table, with each department's number one and the company's top 3 called out.

One named owner against every item, in writing, before anything gets built.

The rules on what data stays out of which work, agreed in the room while everyone is still there to argue.

What it costs

$3,750.

That covers the interviews, the scoring, and the session where your team sets the order.

Prioritization Mapping $3,750
Each additional process owner interviewed +$600

Four process owners are included. Past that it's $600 each, because each one is another interview to run and another set of answers to score. Tell us how many people run the work and we'll give you the number on the call.

Prices in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes. Half on signing, half on delivery.

Half the fee comes off a retainer, if you start one within 60 days. A retainer is the ongoing version: we take the AI lead job part-time and work down the list with you. See what an AI lead does →

What it looked like

53 use cases, ranked by the people who do the work.

For a fintech group: 3 companies, 12 team leads, 53 use cases. Every department got its number one on the list, and every item left the room with a name against it.

Tell us roughly how many people run the work and David will come to the call already knowing what he needs to ask.

Anyone who owns how a piece of the work gets done. Department heads and the managers reporting into them. A rough number is fine, we'll firm it up on the call.

David does the call himself.

Straight answers

What you actually get. A spreadsheet and a written summary, in your own workspace, in a form you can hand to a developer or another firm.

What it costs you in time. Under an hour each, booked around their day. Then one session, about 90 minutes, with all of them in the same room. Send the people who actually run the work. The order they set is the one everyone lives with afterwards.

Who runs it. David Azanza, who does the interviews and facilitates the session himself. See what an AI lead does →

If the answer is no. The ranking can come back saying the ROI isn't there, on the work you had in mind or on all of it. You'd have paid $3,750 to find that out before you spent a year on it.

What you own. The matrix, the scores, and the discovery notes behind them. We keep our general methods.

What we see. Your interview transcripts and company documents stay inside your own Claude workspace. We work in it while we're engaged and keep nothing after handover.
