FOR EO / ABF MEMBERS
Generate your monthly forum update in 20 minutes.
An AI that interviews you — the same way a good Chair would — and turns your answers into a complete 5% reflections update.
It reads your existing notes. No blank-page problem.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Set up your vault
One-time setup. Your notes stay on your own Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or iCloud. Nothing is sent to our servers.
2. Connect your notes
The agent reads your Google Drive, Notion, Evernote, or Apple Notes for context — so it already knows what happened this month.
3. Run the interview
Type /forum-update in your agent. It walks you through Work, Family, Personal — coaching you toward 5% depth, not the 90% middle.
4. Copy and go
You get a complete, formatted update ready to present. Takes 20 minutes. Your notes aren't touched.
You'll need a laptop for the one-time setup (about 30 minutes). After that, run it from wherever.

Here's how to install it.
Sign up above, then pick your setup below. The whole thing takes about 30 minutes on a laptop — once.
CLAUDE DESKTOP SETUP
Step 1 — Install Claude Desktop
Download from claude.ai/download and create a free account if you haven't already.
Step 2 — Run the installer
Open Terminal (Mac) or PowerShell (Windows) and paste:
Mac / Linux
curl -fsSL https://tigertiger.ai/vault/install.sh | bash Windows
irm https://tigertiger.ai/vault/install.ps1 | iex The installer asks where your files live (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, iCloud, or a local folder) and sets everything up there.
Step 3 — Connect your notes (optional but recommended)
The skill works without this, but it works much better when it can read your existing notes for context. Pick your note system:
Google Drive
Open Claude Desktop → Settings → Developer → Edit Config. Paste the Google Drive block from your vault's config/claude_desktop_config.snippet.json. Then run: npx @anthropic-ai/mcp-server-gdrive auth
Notion
Create an integration at notion.so/my-integrations. Copy your token. Paste the Notion block from config/claude_desktop_config.snippet.json, replacing YOUR_NOTION_INTEGRATION_TOKEN_HERE.
Evernote
Go to dev.evernote.com/get-token and generate a token. Paste the Evernote block from config/claude_desktop_config.snippet.json, replacing YOUR_EVERNOTE_TOKEN_HERE.
Apple Notes
Mac only. Paste the Apple Notes block from config/claude_desktop_config.snippet.json. Grant access when macOS prompts.
OneDrive
Register an app at portal.azure.com → App registrations. Copy the Client ID. Paste the OneDrive block from config/claude_desktop_config.snippet.json.
Step 4 — Run your first update
Open Claude Desktop. In the conversation, type:
/forum-update The key principle
Your vault should live in the same place as your other files. The agent reads what's around it. If your work files are in Google Drive, put the vault in Google Drive. If you use iCloud, put it there. Wherever your information already lives — that's where your agent should start.
